Joseph C. Limerick:

Over 25 years in the construction business. Joe has a degree in accounting and continued education in finance from the University of Maryland. He received a real estate license in 1977. He has worked in commercial, residential, and industrial construction and is qualified to advise on your home and construction needs. He can assist with tax information regarding the advantages and effect of home ownership. Presently, 60% of the company's business is comprised of development and construction of 1-10 acre estates.

Judith M. Limerick:

Over 16 years of experience in mortgage and real estate. Judi is a graduate of the University of Maryland. In addition to working for JOCO, Inc. she provides her services to a local title company. She can assist with the writing of all contracts, legal questions, costs estimates for financing and/or settlement costs. Throughout the years, she has gained experience through several mortgage companies and is very familiar with all aspects of financing and loan products.
